The PuLLS project started in October 2004. The partners in the project are 6 public libraries, a university and a privately owned company. A final conference was held in the Hague in the Netherlands on 24 November 2006.
The purpose of this blog is to establish a forum for a possible new eu-projct within lifelong learning.
